Rachael & Neal's Wedding

I can't even believe two years have gone by since our we said "I DO".  It was everything we wanted and more – a small ceremony with vows we wrote together while drinking champagne. Everyday, I love this man more. He is my rock while making me laugh and challenging me everyday. He lets me be me, encourages and supports all the ideas I have, and is such an awesome buddy to go through life with! I feel lucky everyday to be Mrs. Pawlik. I look forward to a life time together and cant wait to see what the future brings!

As a wedding photographer, I have seen it all and we really wanted to have the time to take off to enjoy it (including a 10 day trip to Costa Rica). Since summers are always crazy, there would be no way we both could get away for 3 weeks, so a March wedding it was! We lucked out because there was no snow and it was 60 degrees out on our wedding weekend. So we got to do all the photo ideas I wanted around Portland. We recently went back to visit the Portland Regency Hotel and they surprised us and put us in the same room that we were in when we had our wedding there! Even 2 years later they treated us like gold. This hotel is really above the rest!
 
A big shout out to Christen of Reflections by Christen for taking theses awesome wedding photos... that I have all over my house! Our wedding tradtion is to rewatch our wedding video that I am still obsessed with! Thank you Jeff from JF3 Productions for capturing our special day for us to relive. We were so happy with all of our vendors and The Regency was the best place to have our wedding. Even though we were having a small and intimate wedding, they still treated us like we were the only people staying at the hotel. We are in love with our photos and we will cherish them forever.
