Clementine's 3rd Birthday Tea Party

I just can't believe it! My little baby isn't a baby anymore. She is now 3! When wanting to be a mom I visualized my life holding a baby and having a baby but really nothing beyond that. I blinked a few times and now she is 3. She is miss independent, stubborn, kind, funny and lives in my heart. For her birthday shoot this year I decided to do a tea party. We play tea party all the time at home and I thought what better way to document this moment in time then with an activity we currently do. I wanted to include a bunch of her stuff animals especially her favorite Lion who has been with her since day 1! I reached out to my friend Megan who owns @sunrisepicnicsogt to help me with very special set up. It was actually so helpful to have someone there to help with all the extras and I brought some fun props as well! Photoshoots with Clem stress me out since I have to set up everything and control my uncontrollable toddler all while trying to get a bunch of good photos! Neal was there to help as he always is (he is a great assistant)! We set up down the street in one of our friends blooming apple orchard in Wells, Maine. It was a perfect night with some amazing light! I will treasure these photos for all of my days. The world is such a mess right now but focusing on what matters most makes me realize how lucky I am. I will never forget this moment in time and remember it for exactly what it was.
